Locals will gather at Verrado Commons to partake in delicious fruits and vegetables, locally cultured wines, baking masterpieces, and gorgeous arts and crafts. The store is connected to Arizona Farmers Markets, so quality is guaranteed!
New industry will send a positive message
As a real estate hub, Verrado is showing improvement and progress. For example, Sunrise Market in Verrado is under construction and seeking new vendors. The structure will have a sophisticated, cutting-edge architectural design that houses shops that match Verrado’s small-town appeal. Sunrise is officially leased halfway and set to open in 2023. Local and corporate business owners would greatly benefit by checking out this piece of Verrado real estate.
Verrado Marketplace is another business venture on the horizon. Planned on a larger scale than Main Street or Sunrise Market, DMB Associates and Vestar are teaming up to create a $125 million retail supercenter. Construction will begin in 2023 and extend into 2024 (so participating companies are not yet known). The location will have an adjoined outdoor space and other amenities to make it a local gathering hub. The onset of this facility is a welcome sign that Verrado will remain financially successful.
The healthcare industry will flourish

Advanced medical options are yet another sign of affluent living. Residents will be glad to know medical centers are breaking ground around Verrado. Chief among these is Abrazo Health, which will soon open a new office in Buckeye. Abrazo is one of the leading health providers in the western part of Arizona. The company’s sixth main campus will house numerous practitioners, urgent care offices, and an acute care hospital.
A solid education system will attract professionals and families

Verrado has a high-performing school system comprising Litchfield Elementary School District, Agua Fria High School District, and Saddle Mountain Unified District. Local schools are highly rated and well-attended, indicating a thriving community. A city that invests in its educational system most likely supports other township areas.

Trail 340 is a fantastic 500-foot hike 200 feet above sea level. Heritage Swim Park has everything for aquatic fun: a resort-style pool, wading pool, firepit, and barbecue pit. Finally, the 78 unique community parks are gorgeous and welcoming. Verrado prioritizes community experience through its organizations, events, and atmosphere. All told, 2023 homebuyers will be eager to enter the Verrado real estate market.
